These terms apply when you use babyb.co.uk or buy from us. Please read them before you order.

About us

This site is run by BabyB. You can reach us by email at support@babyb.co.uk, and our details are in our contact information.

Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on different screens. Sizes are a guide, so please check the size details on each product page before you order. We sell to customers for their own private use, not for resale.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). You pay the price shown at checkout, and delivery in the UK is free. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before your order is sent, and you can confirm the order at the right price or cancel it for a full refund.

Your order

When you place an order, we send you an email confirming it. That confirmation is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. If we can't supply an item you ordered, for example because it has sold out, we will tell you and refund you in full for that item.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Our refund policy explains how to cancel, return an item and get your refund.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our refund policy explains how to tell us. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your legal rights in relation to the products.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you can also bring a claim in the Scottish courts, and if you live in Northern Ireland, in the courts of Northern Ireland.
