Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to an address in the United Kingdom. We deliver within the UK only.

When your order arrives

We send your order without undue delay, and it will reach you within 30 days of the day you order, unless we agree a different date with you. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, email support@babyb.co.uk with your order number, and you can choose a new delivery date or a full refund.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Our refund policy explains how returns and refunds work.
