Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. If your order comes in more than one delivery, the 14 days start on the day the last item arrives. You can also cancel before your order arrives.

Once you have told us you are cancelling, you have 14 days to send the items back.

How to return an item

  1. Email support@babyb.co.uk with your order number and the items you are sending back. You can use the cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you don't have to: any clear message works.
  2. We reply with the return address and the steps to follow.
  3. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. On a change of mind return you pay the return postage. We suggest a tracked service, and keeping your proof of posting.

Condition of returned items

Please send items back unworn and unwashed, with their tags on where possible. You can handle an item as you would in a shop to check its size and quality. If an item has been handled more than that and has lost value as a result, we may reduce your refund by that amount.

Some items come sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons. Once the seal is opened after delivery, that item can't be returned for a change of mind. This never affects your rights if an item is faulty.

Your refund

We refund the full price you paid for the items, including any delivery charge, to the payment method you used. We do this within 14 days of the day we get the items back, or of the day you send us proof of posting, if that is sooner. If you cancel before your order is sent, we refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us. There is no fee for a refund.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email support@babyb.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the problem. We pay the cost of sending it back.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. After that you are entitled to a repair or a replacement, and if that doesn't put things right, a refund or a price reduction. These rights apply on top of the 14 day right to cancel, and nothing in this policy affects them.
