Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. We deliver within the UK only, and your order reaches you within 30 days of the day you order. Read our shipping policy.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to cancel, then 14 days to send the items back. To start a return, email support@babyb.co.uk with your order number, and we reply with the return address and the steps. You pay the postage on a change of mind return. Read our refund policy.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We pay the return postage, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.
