How long after purchasing will my order be shipped?
We usually work on a 1-2 week turnaround, but this may be extended in busier times. For current turnaround information click here.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders are all shipped Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, most will arrive within 1-2 days.
International orders can take from 5-17 business days to arrive, unless Express shipping is purchased.

Do you offer a rush order service?
Send us an email at info@babyb.co.uk prior to ordering if you need your item(s) for a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate!

Are the bows glued?
No! We don't glue our bows to give you the option to flip the clip to the opposite side!
Do you do custom orders?
We don't currently offer customs.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All orders are packaged with tissue paper, but if you'd like to also include a gift note, please let us know!
